Rivited plate helmet with cheek flap

Very beautiful and fully battle-worthy replica of a rivited plate helmet of the
Baldenheim type. This type of helmet came into fashion in the 5th century and spread
among all Germanic tribes but also
among Slavic peoples in the course of the 6th century.

It is therefore ideal for depicting a Germanic or
Slavic warrior of the early Middle Ages.

Our version has been specially developed for show combat and is therefore very robust,
constructed from 2mm thick steel.
The helmet has two steel cheek flaps, which are edged with leather and
lined on the inside.
The leather chin straps are attached to the cheek flaps.
The helmet also has a brow made of unriveted chain mail.

Includes a riveted, high-quality and adjustable, padded
fabric inlay.

This helmet model is available in sizes M and L
