Authentic replica of an early medieval hammerhead axe blade as used by the Vikings and Slavs, for example. The axe bladeis hand-forged from high-quality carbon steel. Its manufacture and material thickness make it ideal for show combat. The cutting edge is blunt and the edges are rounded to prevent damage to the opponent's weapons and armor as far as possible.

The axe guard is deliberately not polished to a mirror finish. The visible hammer marks caused by forging give the axe blade a very rustic and authentic appearance.

This is only the axe blade. Delivery does not include the shaft!
