German medieval one-handed sword SK-C

This late medieval single-handed sword was inspired by Hans Talhoffer, a famous German swordsman and fencing master of the 15th century. The unsharpened, hollow-ground burr blade (or mid-rib blade) is made of hardened, heat-treated EN45 carbon steel. It has a rounded tip and thick, blunt cutting edges. The crossguard and pommel are made of steel and the wooden handle is wrapped in leather. The blade is riveted through to the pommel and comes with a wooden sheath covered in leather. The opening of the scabbard is decorated on one side with a coat of arms shield with a paw cross etched into the leather.
This one-handed sword is suitable for light show combat, re-enactment or for decorative purposes.
