Late Viking one-handed sword from the early 11th century, suitable for show combat.

This sword is made entirely by hand. The crossguard and the elaborately designed pommel are made of heat-treated, forgeable cast iron. The blade is continuous up to the pommel and hand-riveted there. The handle is wrapped in leather and stitched. The blade is forged from high-quality spring steel and hardened to approx. 48 HRC. It has a pronounced fuller, which gives the sword great elasticity and lightness at the same time. The tip of the blade and the cutting edges are blunt and rounded.
The sword comes with a beautiful wooden leather sheath with two buckles attached to straps. You can, for example, attach straps from your own sword attachment.

Très belle épée
Wolfgang
