This replica of an Ulfberth® medieval disk pommel sword is suitable for full-scale show combat and is made exclusively by hand. The proportions and dimensions are very well coordinated and the sword therefore fits very well in the hand and is excellently balanced.
The hand-forged 55Si7 (EN45) spring steel blade is oil-hardened and tempered to approx. 48-50 HRC. It is forged through to the handle and riveted at the end of the disc pommel. The wooden handle is wrapped in leather and framed by two grip rings. The straight quillons are forged from steel. The blade has a pronounced fuller, which gives the sword great elasticity and lightness at the same time. The tip of the blade and the cutting edges are blunt and rounded.
The sword comes with a matching cowhide scabbard.

Très satisfait ! une belle finition,, plus courte que je pensais, la lame est bien fini, seul bémol elle manque d'équilibre.
Pour ce qui est du fourreau il est toute en cuir très belle finition soigner en cuir épais.
Très heureux de mon achat, maintenant a voir en condition réelle lors des représentations ...?
Si vous achetez cette épée comme première achat vous ne serez pas déçus , reste a savoir pour quel utilisation...

- Hier kauft man ein wirklich gutes Schwert für Schaukampf, Freikampf und Training. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und das Schwert hat einen nahezu perfekten Schwerpunkt. Es macht wirklich Spaß.

Ein recht schlichtes Schwert, aber schick, welches sehr gut in der Hand liegt durch eine gute Balance und ist ideal einsetzbar mit einem Dolch, oder einem Schild!
Dieses Schwert ist empfehlenswert.
Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung ist ein sehr kurzer Zeitraum (2 Tage) vergangen, die Verpackung aller BestelltenArtikel war super gut und ich kann den Ritterladen jedem empfehlen.

- Sehr schönes,schlicht aber trotzdem edel wirkendes,Schwert.Besonders gefällt mir das der Ledergriff nochmal extra mit 2 Stahlringen "gefasst" ist.Über Preis/Leistung gibts nix zu meckern - Gruß nach Wacken! ;)
- Ein sehr gutes Schwert, sehr gut verarbeitet, für so einen Preis absolut Ok
- Ein ideales Schaukampfschwert, gutes Preis Leistungsferhältnis. Wenn man damit kämpft muß man damit rechnen, einige Maken an der Klinge zu riskieren. Ist ja keine Deko, soll ja Spaß machen.
