Bulky goods shipping

The bulky goods surcharge for shipping items with oversizes is €7.50 within Germany and €20 abroad. This is noted in the description of the corresponding items

Customs duties / import into third countries

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), the recipient may incur customs duties. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

Swiss customers have the option of delivery via MeinEinkauf.ch: MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of customs clearance and the subsequent forwarding of the goods to Switzerland. When purchasing weapons, it is the customer's responsibility to find out about possible import restrictions (e.g. application for an import permit) in the respective country

How do you deliver?

We ship with DHL. DHL delivers parcels from Monday to Saturday. If the recipient cannot be found, the parcel carrier will put a note in the letterbox with which you can collect the parcel from the post office within one week.

Delivery to a DHL packing station is also possible.

Transport damage

Despite all due care, transport damage may occur during delivery. In this case, we will of course refund the damaged items free of charge.

Please complain to the supplier (e.g. DHL/Post) immediately upon receipt of the goods if the transport damage is visible from the outside. You can refuse to accept the goods or only accept them with reservations and note this on the delivery bill. Then inform us of any transport damage you have discovered.

Please report any hidden transport damage (i.e. damage that cannot be seen from the outside) to us as soon as possible.

Click & Collect

We also offer Click & Collect for local customers: When placing your online order, please select "Pick up in Gründau" instead of "DHL" as the shipping method

When your order is packed and ready for collection, you will receive an email. You can then collect your order from us in Gründau within one week.

If you would like to browse and buy in the warehouse outlet, you do not need to order online, but simply come by during our warehouse outlet opening hours. You can find the stock sale opening hours and all other information HERE.
