Returns
You have 30 days to return or exchange unused items.
Please note the following points when returning items:
Packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid transport damage.
For a full refund, the goods must not show any signs of use (animal hair, dirt, scratches, smell of sweat, washed, etc.).
Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and place it in the package.
Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. custom-made products and engravings) are excluded from withdrawal.
The same applies to magazines and unsealed hygiene products (e.g. contact lenses).Postage for returns
To make returns as convenient as possible for you, we will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid DHL parcel label for returns from GermanyAnd this is how it works
- Click on the button for the DHL returns portal
- Enter your sender details and e-mail address (order number = invoice number)
- You will receive an email with the link to the parcel label

Print out the parcel label, stick it on and hand it in at a DHL branch or Packstation (if you don't have a printer, you can also simply show the QR code from the email)
We will offset the €4.90 fee against the credit note for your return.
Of course, you do not have to use this parcel label for your return, but can also send it to us with any other shipping service provider
Unfortunately, we cannot offer parcel labels for returns from abroad. Please send with a shipping service of your choice and stamp the package sufficiently.

3. Exchange of items
If you would like to exchange an item for an item of equal value (e.g. same item in a different size), we offer you a one-off free exchange (for customers from Germany) or free reshipment (for customers from other countries):
- Pack the item well and enclose the completed return slip.
- Frank the parcel. For shipments from Germany, you can print out a free DHL parcel label via our DHL returns portal (see link above).
- We will then send you the exchange item free of shipping costs.
If you would like an item with a different price, please return it and place a new order.
