Decorated with a name or date of birth, the horn mug with engraving is a perfect gift for any medieval fan, LARPer or Viking. You will receive a high-quality, absolutely food-safe horn mug with an engraving made according to your wishes. The mug has a capacity of approx. 0.2 l.

The engraving price depends on the number of letters and characters. Dots and hyphens, e.g. for dates of birth or double names, are not charged. The text for the item must not be too long. If this is the case, we will of course contact you if your engraving request is not feasible and look for an alternative together.

Each engraving is branded by hand with a special tool and makes your mug absolutely unique.
Each mug is also different as a natural product, so our item image is only an example.

Simply let us know your engraving request in the message field in step 1 of the ordering process ("Address details").

Important notes on payment, delivery and right of withdrawal:
As this is a customized production, an engraving order must be paid for in advance.
The payment methods bank transfer and Paypal are available for this purpose.

The engraving is done manually by us - no two engravings will be the same.
The delivery time for the engraved mug can be approx. 3 - 5 working days.

Customized products are excluded from return.


Drinking Horn made from real horn

Our Drinking Horns and Calling Horns are mainly made from cattle from Nigeria and India. The African horns come from Watussi cattle, among others, are large and have different colors and grains, while the Indian horns are smaller and less colorful. The horns are by-products of meat and leather production.
The horns are exported hollowed out to Germany. Here they are cleaned in an experienced German family business, sanded and polished on the outside and coated (only on the inside) with a food-safe varnish. This means that they comply with all food safety regulations and can be used without hesitation. Their safety has been tested, confirmed and certified by the German test laboratory.
As Drinking Horns are natural products, no two horns are the same and differences in shape and color are unavoidable, making each horn unique.
The sizes are not exact, but approximate.

To care for the horns: please do not put them in the dishwasher, but rinse them with warm (not boiling hot) water immediately after use. Do not use acidic drinks (e.g. lemon juice). Please do NOT soak engraved horns in dishwater or rub them with a sponge - this will cause the engraving to fade.

Der Becher aus Horn ist ein wahrer Hingucker. Ich habe jedesmal viel Freude daran, wenn ich aus ihn trinke.
Leider ist die Gravur nicht wirklich gut.
Mir war von vorne herein klar, daß der Becher nicht in die Spülmaschine darf und somit von Hand gespült werden muss.
Nur leider bleicht die Gravuren schon aus, wenn man leicht mit einem Schwamm darüber wischt.
Echt ärgerlich für den Betrag.

In der Artikelbeschreibung ist folgendes vermerkt: Gravierte Hörner bitte NICHT länger in Spülwasser einweichen oder mit dem Schwamm abreiben - die Gravur verblasst dadurch.
