How is Collodium used?
Collodium (or Collodium) is relatively straightforward to use: The initially viscous solution of collodion wool in ether and alcohol, contracts very strongly as it dries and thus deforms the skin. This effect increases when it is applied several times on top of each other, so that extreme effects can be achieved with minimal effort. The skin stretches like scarred tissue and forms realistic, old scars. The extremely resistant effect can be removed from the skin like dried glue after a long period of wear. If this is not possible or if only a short wearing time is planned, a special Collodium remover is required.
