Gate armor Balthazar

The Balthasar torso armor consists of a breastplate and a backplate,
which are connected to each other with two roller buckles on the sides and on the shoulders.
This allows the size to be individually adjusted.
The breastplate consists of seven segments that are riveted together so that they can move.
The flexible segments under the arms in particular significantly increase the wearer's agility.
The elaborately shaped back is firmly and sturdily riveted together,
although the lower two segments are movable, as with the breastplate,
to allow the torso to bend.
Matching shoulders Balthazar's shoulders can be attached directly to the torso armour.
Curved segments and stepped edges give this armor a lot of structure and a noble character.
Like all armor parts of the Balthasar series, the torso armor is also decorated with carefully crafted round head rivets.

It is advisable to wear a gambeson under plate armour;
