4 x 80 ml honey wine. Put it in the freezer at -10 degrees and after 6 hours you can make the hot days more bearable with a Nordic cool-down.
All varieties have 8% alcohol by volume. (The lower alcohol content compared to the original varieties is important so that the ice cream freezes properly)
