Medieval cutlery 4-piece set

This new, four-piece cutlery set from Ulfberth may have a medieval look, but it also meets the high demands of modern cuisine: all items are hand-forged from stainless steel, making them rustproof and suitable for direct contact with food. Nevertheless, we recommend cleaning the items thoroughly before use.

The cutlery consists of a fork, knife, spoon and awl. The awl was used in the Middle Ages to spear food. It was therefore the actual fork. Although the fork itself was already known, it was mainly used to hold meat or similar when carving, similar to today's meat fork.

The individual parts of the cutlery can be easily connected with a leather strap and attached to a belt, for example.
