2.

Conclusion of contract

2.1 Our offers are non-binding and are subject to availability. Minor deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

2.2 By clicking on the button "Order with obligation to pay" you place a binding order (offer within the meaning of § 145 BGB) for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

2.3 (1) When selling goods that are subject to the regulations of the German Youth Protection Act, we only enter into contractual relationships with customers who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age. Existing age restrictions are indicated in the respective item description. (2) By sending your order, you confirm that you have reached the legally prescribed minimum age and that your name and address details are correct. You are obliged to ensure that only you yourself or persons authorized by you to receive the delivery who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age receive the goods. (3) Insofar as we indicate in the respective item description that you must have reached the age of 18 to purchase the goods beyond the legally prescribed minimum age.

2.4 When selling goods covered by the Weapons Act, we only enter into contractual relationships with customers of legal age. (2) By submitting your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your name and address details are correct. In addition, appropriate proof of age (copy of ID by post or email) is required. You are obliged to ensure that only you yourself or persons of legal age authorized by you to receive the delivery take delivery of the goods. Delivery and payment

4.1 All prices include VAT and packaging plus shipping costs and any applicable customs duties (only for deliveries to non-EU countries).

4.2 Delivery is made against payment in advance, PayPal, credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or cash on delivery (Germany only). Custom-made products can only be ordered against prepayment, gift vouchers by e-mail only with PayPal or credit card. In the case of prepayment, we grant you a 2% discount on the order. The payment amount is due within five days after conclusion of the contract. The payment amount must be transferred to our account 106875483, BLZ 507 900 00 at the VR-Bank Bad Orb - Gelnhausen. In the case of payment by credit card, your account will be debited at the earliest when the goods are dispatched. Payment by cash on delivery will be charged with 8.95 € cash on delivery fee (in addition to the regular shipping costs).

4.3 If you are in arrears with your payment, we may charge interest on arrears at the statutory rate. However, you are entitled to prove that we have incurred less damage or no damage at all as a result of the delay than that claimed by us. Delivery shall be ex warehouse to the address specified by the customer.

4.4 The goods shall be dispatched within approximately two working days. Delays can either be found on the product page or we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be advantageous for speedy processing and if this is reasonable for you. Subsequent deliveries resulting from this are free of charge for you. Delivery by us is subject to correct and timely delivery to us by our suppliers. If our suppliers do not supply us with the ordered goods despite contractual obligations, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer. In this case, we shall inform the customer immediately that the ordered goods are not available. Any purchase price already paid by the customer will be refunded immediately. The aforementioned right of withdrawal only exists for us if we are not responsible for the impediment to performance.

4.5 The shipping costs within Germany are generally €4.90. From a value of goods of 95,- € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Right of withdrawal

5.1 Only consumers have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment

. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

5.2 When returning goods, you can proceed as follows:

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods from our store.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Ritterladen GmbH until full payment has been made.

8.

Liability

8.1 If claims for damages are asserted against us, we are liable for intent or gross negligence, including the intent or gross negligence of our legal representatives or vicarious agents. In all other cases, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typically occurring at the time of conclusion of the contract, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8.2 We shall only be liable for slight negligence if we breach an obligation, compliance with which is of particular importance for achieving the purpose of the contract (cardinal obligation).

3 Unless otherwise stipulated above, liability is excluded.

8.4 Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected (§§ 1, 14 Product Liability Act).

8.5 All of the above exclusions and/or limitations of liability do not apply to damage to life, limb and health of people.
