Imperialis Landsknecht beret red-black

Two-tone Landsknecht beret with drawstring. One size fits all up to approx. 60 cm head circumference. The feathers are not included, but can be ordered separately.

All lansquenet parts in the IMPERIALIS series can be combined with each other and offer a wide range of options for an individual lansquenet costume! All parts are connected to each other by nesting straps and holes.

Landsknechts were quite a wild bunch and expressed their boldness through this extravagant style of dress with puffed and slit shirts and pants. However, it is no longer clear exactly how the typical Landsknecht fashion came about, but it is assumed that Landsknechts in the late 15th century slashed their tight clothing because it hindered them in battle. Incidentally, the more colourful and imposing, the better for every Landsknecht!
