The gaiters are worn over the normal shoes to protect the lower legs from dirt and moisture.
No more dirt can fall into the shoes from above.

You can wear any kind of modern robust shoes, e.g. BW boots or hiking boots.
This results in a perfect mixture of wearing comfort and historical appearance.

Material: imitation leather and genuine leather (the straps are made of genuine leather, the gaiters themselves are made of imitation leather).
Brass buckles (all buckles are functional)
The lower strap has been replaced by a double leather strap on the new models. If this is worn through, you can simply insert a new strap and don't have to go to the trouble of sewing on a new strap or having one sewn on.
Available in sizes L and XL, and in brown or black.
Size L: Height approx. 37 cm, ankle circumference adjustable from approx. 32 to 36 cm, calf circumference adjustable from approx. 38 to 43 cm.
Size XL: Height approx. 38-39 cm, ankle circumference adjustable from approx. 34 to 38 cm, calf circumference adjustable from approx. 40 to 45 cm.
