There is archaeological evidence of the calf wrap
(or calf bandage) in Germanic regions since the 2nd/3rd century AD.
It was used by the Romans at Hadrian's Wall, Byzantines, later Franks,
Alamanni, Bavarians, Wends (Slavs), and then in the Middle Ages
Normans, Vikings and other peoples of Central and Northern Europe.
Wool, linen, felt or leather are considered practical materials.

The dimensions of our calf wraps are approx. 380cm x 10cm.

Material: 74 % wool, 15 % polyester, 7 % polyamide and 4 % other natural fibers
