Left side of the modular gugel "Dangereuse" made of wool in black.
The gugel has been a popular item of clothing since the High Middle Ages and made its way into the fashion of the nobility in the 14th century.
It was often decorated, was often worn in bright colors and in the late 14th century, when its use was again limited to the common people, it was used in alternative ways of wearing.
This mi-parti gugel is based on a close-fitting hood shape and can be customized with several colour variations.
With two separate side panels that are closed at the back with a concealed button placket and at the front with stylish wooden buttons, there are almost no limits to your colour combinations!
Of course, the colors can also be changed regularly if you find yourself in groups with different colors.
The crenellated cords are a perfect match for the "Aleran" surcoat and give the hem of the gugel an elegant finish.
Made from sturdy wool fabric, it can withstand wind and weather as the top layer of clothing. An additional wind button in the collar area makes it possible to pull the Gugel up to the head,
so that the neck area remains cozy and warm.
