Beautiful replica of a barbecue grate, as was popular with the Romans and throughout the Middle Ages.

The grill can be placed over the fireplace or suspended using a tripod. Four rings are attached to the feet for this purpose. All joints of the grill frame are hand-riveted.

The surface may still show traces of forging soot and oil. We recommend cleaning the grill thoroughly before use or burning off the oil residue in the fire.
