Please coat with hot vegetable oil (tasteless) BEFORE first use, leave to soak in overnight and rub off any excess vegetable oil. Repeat this treatment occasionally.
Wood is a natural material and can crack under extreme conditions. For this reason, do not leave the item in water for a long time or even put it in the dishwasher, but clean it thoroughly all over with warm water and a little scouring powder if necessary. Then rinse thoroughly, stand upright and leave to air dry. Enjoy!
